The way I do percentage work is to base the calculations off a Working Max, that is, 90% of your real or estimated maximum.

A. Keg ground to overhead
EMOM x 2-5rds, do 1 rep of heaviest keg possible

B. Deadlift
6×3@80%

C. Front Squat
5@65%
5@75%
AMRAP@85%
If you don’t have a FSQ 1RM, then you can base your max on a 80% BSQ calculation. Work out your working maxes off this predicted max.
