Well done on the weekend everyone ๐Ÿ™‚ New cycle starts today guys. I’m very excited about it ๐Ÿ™‚

This cycle will run for 6weeks and is heavily focussed on getting you ready for the Tasmanian Strongman Series Round 1 – the Iron Trial. It will also lay a foundation and peak in time for the CAPO Nats in August.

For anyone wanting to get on board, this is a taste tester as to what we’ll be working towards.

Ultimately, the Mongrels extra programming is for individuals who want to train for a specific Move Strong sanctioned or other competition held throughout the year. This used to be called competition programming, but now we called the program after our crew – THE MONGREL PACK!

This past weekend the Mongrel Pack and a few others from our gym attended and competed in this years CAPO Tasmanian Titles. There was a lot of great achievements.

The way it works is this – attend a CrossFit Devonport session and then come back later to do the Mongrels extra work. If you’re light on time, let me know and you can combine the two into one – I’ll help you know what to do ๐Ÿ™‚
