Hey everybody,
 
Public Holiday on Monday. Woot woot! As such there will be only one CrossFit class on the Monday at 8am.
 
The ladies of the gym will also be running Girls WOD at 5pm.
 
The gym will be open 24/7 as per usual for all those with a pass.
