Great discussion last night on The Primal Blueprint during our first Eat Strong Nutrition Group! It was really eye-opening to chat about and compare our crazy, busy, unhealthy modern western lifestyle to that of our Paleolithic ancestors. It was inspiring to hear of each others journeys to becoming healthier, happier and living life to our fullest capacities as well. We’re all at different stages in our quest for wellness, and I find it so uplifting and motivating to hear of even the little things you’re doing to transform yourself to a healthier you. Exciting things are happening in the health industry!

Special thanks to Mel D for bringing some pH strips to test our pH levels. It was exciting to see that everyone at the discussion group last night had optimal pH levels! Well done guys!
