It’s time to celebrate and take notice of the awesomeness of our strong movers! Recently, our CrossFit Group Training members were tested on a range of movements and exercises. We do regular testing every three months to measure athletic performance and progress. During our recent testing we saw many of our CrossFit strong movers smash out new Personal Records, and we’d like to share them with you over the next few weeks 

First on the list is Rene O who pulled out massive efforts during all testing sessions. Most noticeably, Rene smashed her old deadlift PR from three months ago (previously 100kg) by lifting a massive 110kg…and still this CrossFit chickie is improving in all areas! Rene is a very dedicated strong mover, regular attending CrossFit sessions and completing her extra CrossFit Competition programming during Open Gym. Rene also workouts at at home at her own studio, always pushing the limits!
