Some of our strong movers seem to be in hibernation mode this winter…
Hello, hello, where arrrrre youuuu? We miss you! You’re not letting your insides get floppy and flabby, are you? Come out and play at Move Strong, please! It’ll do you a world of good. And who knows, you might actually have some fun 😉
If you’re having trouble getting out of bed in the morning or leaving the house in the dark, dark eve to train, then maybe this little Move Strong Attendance Competition might be the fire-cracker-up-ya-bum that you need!
The competition is open to CrossFitters and Open Gymers and is pretty straight forward: every time you step into Move Strong Gym you will get a point. Points will be gathered over four weeks between Thur 24 July – Thur 21 Aug. Every week we will publish an attendance sheet showing the top attendees. The strong mover with the most points at the end of the four-weeks will WIN a $30 Gift Voucher to Watefront Café!
Points can be achieved by:
- Attending (our new, hehe!) CrossFit classes or Private Coaching sessions
- Coming in to train during Open Gym
- Attending our Winter Events (i.e. King & Queen of The Coast Throwdown, Eat Strong Discussion Group, Move Strong Adventures, professional photoshoot…more details to come!)
- Or just dropping in to say hi (extra points if you bring Bigdog some food, haha!)
- Bonus points will be announced periodically over the course of the competition…stay tuned – we’ve got some creative ones planned! ;o)
PLEASE NOTE: Attendance will be tracked as per normal for CrossFit classes and Private Coaching. If you come in for Open Gym or to any of the events, or just drop in to say hi, it is your responsibility to record your name each time on the whiteboard under ‘OPEN GYM/EVENTS’. If you don’t write down your name, you won’t get a point for attendance.
