Date: Saturday 13 Sept. Meet at the gym at 0830hrs if you want to carpool or follow congo style.
Who: All MSG members, families and friends are welcome.
Bring: Good walking shoes, hat, water, snacks, and food for a BBQ or picnic lunch to have after the walk.

Move Strong Adventures involve fun, challenging, movement-based activities that are usually outdoors. It is a great way to come together as a community, and as friends, and put into practice the “theory” of what we do in the gym – why do we train to be strong and fit if not to be able to do cool, fun stuff?
If you have any Move Strong Adventures ideas that you’d like to see happen, please let us know! Ultimately we’d love to be organising activities that you want to do.
