We think our Move Strong Coaches are pretty rad at Move Strong Gym, which is why we’re super gutted that our awesomely crazy Coach Jase is leaving us next week for Cairns (ah, the traitor! Lol).

We’d love to get everyone together to wish Jase farewell, so we’re holding a FREE breakfast BBQ to see him off this Saturday 12 July between 10am – 11am.

This is a perfect chance to come on down and say hi, have a bite to eat, hang out with us, and even do a workout if you so please 🙂
