Ran to work up hill this morning, did it pretty quick as I left home late haha.

A. Trap Bar Deadlift
3×3 @ 192.5kg

B. Bench Press
8@95kg
3×10@85kg

C. Feet elevated close grip bench press
15,12@60kg

D. Front squat
2×10@92.5kg

A big week,  I didn’t perform very well strength wise, but that’s ok. I’ll recover well over the weekend and hit it again on Monday 🙂
