I felt like rat bait today, I did 3 little stretching, foam roll, mobility feel good pick-me-up sessions today. I felt a little better, but by the time I was in abetter position to lift, I didn’t feel like it at all! So I pumped my favourite music at the moment (I’m really digging this playlist called Epic Classical on Spotify) and prepped to press (my favourite exercise). Everything felt heavy, but for some reason, I pressed a rep record 9RM! Goes to show, you just gotta try first. Don’t just rule yourself out automatically 🙂

I’m liking the whole, attempt a rep out set at the end of my training for a particular movement. Payed off in this instant, with a new rep record.
