  • 0700hrs – ROM WOD (45mins class)
  • 0800hrs – CrossFit WOD (45mins class)
  • 0900hrs – Strongman WOD (90mins class)

ROMWOD - Optimize Your Range of Motion

What does each session consist of:

  • ROM WOD – Based on the ROM WOD programming. See their website for more info and sign up for a free trial so you can do more classes on your own in the comfort of your own living room! Designed to optimise your range of motion, increase athletic performance, and promote recovery.
  • CrossFit WOD – Short sharp, gassy and definitely challenging. A beautiful concoction of sweat inducing workouts designed to challenge you mentally and physically. Are you up for the challenge?
  • Strongman WOD – Odd objects carries, pressing weird and wonderful things overhead, throwing stuff, pulling trucks, flipping tyres, and all that sort of thing. Due to the nature of the training, we’ll go for 90mins as there is quite a bit of set up and pack up that comes with it. We’ll teach you the basics and then unleash your might upon the implements. Develop unbridled power and limitless confidence as you tackle each event like the apex predator that you are!
