I was meant to squat today, but my knees are too inflamed to bend, I went for a solid jog with my daughter on my back (in a hiking pack), and walked to the aquatic centre and back. All up, 3hours or close to it of activity. I was stuffed 🙂 I had heaps of fun with Poppy, but no squats for me today, I’ll do them tomorrow avo after a bit of recovery stuff is done.
I did a solid upper body sesh with Salty tonight after everyone had left. Here’s what we did…approximately.
– Curls and reverse curls
– Thick handled, triceps band press-down
– 1-arm Torsonator press
– close grip torsonator rows
– Thick handled, lat band pull-down
– Topless posing in front of mirror while pumped up and swole as frick
