Felt meh again today. Probably cos my macros were out of whack a bit this week and sleep hasn’t been all to excellent. I was meant to train yesterday but did a 2hr walk with poppy up and around the Don river. ‘Twas a really nice walk and I enjoyed spending time with my little nugget. I really need to make that a weekly thing.

– Bent over snatch grip row to clavicle x 10
– Press x 10
– Front raise with bar x 10

Holy smokes! You try that! 🙂 I just used a 20kg bar.
