This is my second cycle for this program. It’s pretty brutal but I feel that it’s getting me where I want to go in terms of strength gains. I find mixing in a session or two each week of CrossFit (the lower impact ones) keeps me in condition and fit enough for my personal goals. I’m feeling very strong and making good gains in my press and deadlift (my two most important lifts). Good times 🙂
