Hi team, It’s Australia Day tomorrow! Usually we would run an 8am CrossFit Class on public holidays, however, due to the Iron Trial Strongman Competition happening at Henley on the Mersey, there will be NO CLASSES tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have some time spare tomorrow, feel free to come down and cheer our Move Strong Gym competitors on! The comp will be held at Bells Parade, Latrobe, in conjunction with the annual Henley on the Mersey Australia Day event.
